By signing up for or using Advino ("Service") at advino.app, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Advino is a B2B SaaS platform that helps Meta-advertising agencies monitor account health, attribute revenue, score creatives, and detect anomalies across connected Meta ad accounts.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your agency or business. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. New customers receive a 14-day free trial; no card is required to start. You can cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal — your subscription remains active until the end of the current period.
You grant Advino read-only access to your Meta Ads accounts (scopes: ads_read, ads_management, business_management). We store ad performance data, creative assets, and metadata strictly to operate the Service for you. Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer or copy the Service, (b) use it to violate any law or Meta's policies, (c) interfere with other customers' use, or (d) attempt to access data you weren't granted.
Variant copy, creative scoring, and recommendations are generated by Anthropic Claude models. Outputs are suggestions, not guarantees — you remain responsible for the ads you publish.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee revenue uplift or specific ad performance. Meta and other third-party services may change their APIs and break integrations without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advino's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or chargeback payments. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it's permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed to your account email at least 14 days before they take effect.
