1. Introduction

Advino ("we", "our", or "us") operates a B2B SaaS platform for Facebook/Meta advertising agencies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform at advino.app.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.
• Meta Ads data: Ad account IDs, campaign performance metrics, creative assets, and insights retrieved via the Meta Marketing API on your behalf.
• Billing information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Advino platform.
• To retrieve and display your Meta Ads data within your account.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (alerts, reports, account notifications).
• To improve our services and fix bugs.

4. Meta Platform Data

We access your Meta Ads data only with your explicit authorization via Meta OAuth. Specifically:

• We request ads_read, ads_management, and business_management permissions.
• Your Meta access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) and never shared with third parties.
• We do not use your Meta data for advertising or sell it to any party.
• You can revoke access at any time from your Meta account settings or within Advino.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Anthropic — anonymized ad creative data for AI analysis within the platform.
• Railway / Vercel — infrastructure providers for hosting and database storage.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Meta Ads metrics are retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted storage, HTTPS, httpOnly cookies, and row-level access controls. Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also disconnect your Meta account from within the platform settings.

9. Cookies

We use httpOnly cookies solely for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
